Politie Warnsveld are a Dutch-language ska-punk band with uncompromising pop music celebrating how beautiful life is and how rubbish the world is. With no pretensions, ‘Popo Warra’ are blazing their own trail through the music scene, taking everyone along in their wake.

In 2024, they won the Roos van Nijmegen, and since then no festival tent or pop venue has been safe. During the Popronde 2025, they consistently played to packed venues with queues stretching far beyond the door. They’ve since rocked bigger venues such as Melkweg, Doornroosje, Luxor Live and Metropool, closed the evening at Noorderslag 2026, and their “Was Het Nou Maar Zo” EP release tour sold out in no time. Last summer, they played at countless festivals such as Lowlands, Into The Great Wide Open and Zwarte Cross.

Now Politie Warnsveld are taking it one step further: a debut album!
An album for and by a generation caught between hope and despair. With a contemporary ska-punk sound that feels both familiar and fresh: energetic, uncompromising and full of melodies that stay with you.
