With views over the IJ, we invite you to slow down, feel, and reconnect. With yourself and with each other. And, with what can sometimes fade into the background of everyday life. You’ll explore attention, breath, energy, movement, and touch within clear and safe boundaries.

No experience is required; only curiosity. This workshop is an invitation to meet yourself and/or each other in a new way, with an open heart and your feet firmly on the ground.

Both editions are guided by Jacquelien Weel and Thabo Hollander. Together, they create a safe and supportive environment with engaging exercises that invite you on an inner journey.
