PHOTOGRAPHY & BEYOND (45 ARTISTS)
The sixth edition of BUY MY DARLINGS, taking place on 10 and 11 October, is dedicated to Photography & BEYOND. More than forty established and emerging artists will present photography alongside works that push the boundaries of the medium, including collage and mixed media.
Following its successful format, artists present and sell their darlings directly to the public: from original prints and limited editions to photobooks and other unique artworks. A selection of works of the participants will also be displayed on the walls. Lecturis will be present with a selection of art books, while VOORDEKUNST offers one-on-one sessions for artists interested in learning more about crowdfunding.
Special guest Lenny van Hout will present an exhibition of colourful paintings in De Salon, adding another dimension to the BEYOND theme.
Founded in 2020 by Tara Fallaux and Martijn van de Griendt, BUY MY DARLINGS has grown into an accessible art event centred around direct encounters, conversations and sales between artists and visitors.
