✏️ ¡¡zine club!! ✏️

just a bunch of writers, doodlers, photographers, thinkers, who like to get together every two weeks to work on in-progress zines or talk out ideas and formats over tea. a ton of us are regulars, a ton of us are not, but we always have a good time. there are periodic workshops (zine bootcamp in late spring, so you want to make a music fanzine is coming up soon) and planning of zine fairs attendance and distro management. 2 hours every other wednesday night. 

THIS WEEK: 

2️⃣ROUND 2 OF FANZINE BOOTCAMP!2️⃣
goal: decide on our topic, then start planning!🗺️

we will do any number of the following:
•⁠  ⁠form a research question 🔬("how do croissants get fluffy and where can i get the fluffiest vegan croissants in amsterdam?") and make it an elevator pitch 🛗(in 30 seconds "my zine answers the question how are croissants fluffy and is a guide on where to find fluffy vegan croissants" ding!) 
•⁠  ⁠create a thesis, whats your point?!🥐
•⁠  ⁠create a narrative ("my zine tells the stories of amsterdam's most prolific vegan croissant bakers")
•⁠  ⁠📕📗📘📙

🌜To finish the evening we will start planning our research, sketch a rough outline of where we think our writing might go, and do a little bit of chatting🌛

plz bring:📄 paper, ✍️pen or pencil, any resources on your topic you find relevant, snacks to share, 🫖a favorite tea, etc
