Monthly orchestra rehearsal meeting in Joe's Garage, Amsterdam, where we explore the music of rebetiko, Balkan folk, Turkish makam, and other modal traditions from the East. All levels and instruments are welcome - the final repertoire will be decided according to the team. Reading music sheet is not necessary.

Organised, coordinated and musically directed by Yvonne Melissa (violin, voice, viola, oud). 

This event is an orchestra rehearsal, not a concert.

One Friday a month – 20:00 to 22:30
