Ontvouwen en Verdwijnen - Arti Shuffle

What happens when everyday things start to change more and more often? Ontvouwen en verdwijnen (Unfolding and Disappearing) is a visual performance by visual artist, writer and musician Klaske Oenema. Together with two other musicians, she takes us on a journey through her encounters with Herbert. He is slowly but surely losing his grip on the order of days as he has always known it. And she moves with him in his search for a new logic. In this moving performance, inspired by an extraordinary friendship, we are confronted with loss – of health, mental faculties, and ultimately, a farewell. But the inevitable farewell also means new connections and insights.
