Nusantara Beat

The Amsterdam-based fusion group Nusantara Beat – comprising musicians from bands including Altin Gün, EUT and POM – came together through shared roots and a connection to Indonesian culture. The six-piece draws on the mystical sounds of traditional Indonesian music, blending them with contemporary styles and vocals. Following performances at festivals such as Dekmantel, Lowlands and Eurosonic Noorderslag, the band recently featured in the documentary ‘Batik, Beats & Bumbu’ (Pijman, 2026). On 21 December, they’ll be back on our stage!
