Musical journey across the Atlantic! bij Duo Joana Almeida & Pedro Ivo
Description
Join us for a playful musical journey across the Atlantic! Singer Joana Almeida and double bassist Pedro Ivo Ferreira will bring songs and stories from the Portuguese and Brazilian traditions — from lullabies and cirandas to lively rhythms that invite everyone to clap, sing and move along. Through melody and rhythm games, the audience becomes part of the performance, discovering how music connects people, cultures, and generations. A concert full of warmth, imagination, and joy — for children and grown-ups alike! Joana AlmeidaJoana Almeida is one of the first women to establish herself as a fado guitarist in Portugal.
