Museumnacht 2026

DAY: 7 November

TIMES: 19H-02H

In a world where the boundaries between machines and humans continue to blur, people question more and more their identity, purpose and human behaviour. For Museumnacht, we invite you to find your own paths and question your realities through artistic adventure routes. The Treehouse residents created a unique combination of interactive activities, workshops, music, performances, and exhibitions, encouraging exploration of different perspectives of your own life path. EXHIBITIONS & STUDIO VISITS

Group Exhibition Nasal Demons | Curated by Quintus Glerum & Mulan Go

In Nasal Demons 10 projects are brought together to explore the similarities between humans and machines in a world where expectations between the two continue to blur. As technology increasingly shapes the way we work, communicate and define ourselves, the exhibition shows how current expectations influence our understanding of identity, purpose, and human behavior. Wouldn't it be comforting to have a single, unambiguous purpose in life or are our inconsistencies, in fact, an essential beauty machines can only ever approximate through imitation?

One-Night-Only Exhibition Assembled Realities | Curated by Rika Maja Duevel

Our truth today may not be our truth tomorrow; what appears finished to one person may still be in process to another. Created especially for Museumnacht, Assembled Realities is a one-night-only exhibition bringing together artists from the Treehouse NDSM community, each sharing a fragment of a reality they have intentionally chosen to reveal. For one night, these fragments come together to reflect the realities we can control and those we cannot—all part of our assembled reality.

Participating artists: Duygu Özdeniz Eker, Dejana Vuckovic Simovic, RikaMaja Duevel, Dewi van den Bossche, Raffaella Allegra, Damla Aygun, Philip Ling & Yuk Lin Man, Seçil Güven, MariaEscarpenter, Helga van Stralen, Gabriele Bonomi, Ellen Makkelie, MayuFukui, Haru Sukegawa and Cristina Iordache.

*2 guided artist studio tour will be part of the exhibition.
