What you need to bring to the workshop:
🛹 Cutting board 🔪 Knife and peeler 🥣 Small mixing bowl 🥣 XL mixing bowl/baking tray 🥄 Wooden/bamboo spoon 🫙 Clean, large, jar(s) that can contain 2+ kg of food Used pickle jars are great! The bigger, the better. 💫You will make and come home with ±2 kg of kimchi 😊 Good energy
(Optional) 👩🏻🍳 Apron ⚗️ Food processor/blender/grater
🥛 Water and light bites are provided. You're welcome to arrive 30 mins before the workshop starts.
🌈 Together, we’ll chop, mix, taste, and make our way through the art of making homemade kimchi in a cozy, welcoming space.
