Laidback Live Amsterdam at Pllek is our Sunday afternoon session featuring intimate live music by small bands, singers, and vocalists specially invited to help you unwind at the end of your weekend.

Each week features a different act – ranging from jazz and soul to indie and R&B – performing inside the restaurant while you enjoy a drink and views over the IJ. The atmosphere is relaxed, giving you the chance to discover new artists in a calm setting at the NDSM wharf in Amsterdam Noord.

This Sunday from 16:00 to 17:00 at Pllek. The perfect chill session with live music to round off your weekend.

It takes place inside the restaurant – and is completely free to attend – while you sip your drink and relax.

About Sablon

Sablon was founded in 2024 and made an impression as a live band from day one. Five experienced musicians came together through their love of acoustic music and form a tight-knit, energetic group.

Out of their shared passion grew a musical journey across the globe, from France to England, Spain, Cape Verde and Brazil.

The name Sablon was chosen for its international sound. It also refers to the Dutch word “sjabloon” (meaning “template” or “stencil”), which suits a cover band that is also working on its own material.
