Qibli Bahri is coming back to our kitchen! Mody is stepping into the kitchen to serve up a beautiful menu stemming from the warmth of of home-cooked Egyptian food. Expect generous portions and rich flavors from the first bites of Musakka'ah, Torshi and more, to the final spoonful of sweet Muhalabiyya.
The kitchen of Qibli Bahri is catering journeys with Egyptian cuisine. Qibli – south: towards the sun-baked kitchens of Upper Egypt, with slow-cooked and deeply spiced food. Bahri - north: towards the sea breeze of the Delta and the Mediterranean coast, where things move lightly, brightly, with the tide.
