Jam Session with Mary Aygetsy & Tamara Atanesyan

Join us for a special musical gathering led by Mary Aygetsy and Tamara Atanesyan — two artists who grew up among the breathtaking mountains of Armenia. Their music carries the spirit of that land: deep, raw, and full of soul.

In this open jam session, Mary and Tamara will share traditional Armenian folk songs and invite musicians to join them in an improvised exploration of these melodies. All instruments and styles are welcome — the only requirement is a willingness to listen and play together.

As a beautiful bonus, a few songs will be performed by Mary’s choir — an Amsterdam-based ensemble dedicated to preserving and sharing Armenian musical heritage.

Audience members are warmly invited to come, listen, and take part — even by learning to sing along. No experience needed, just open ears and an open heart.
