Grachtenfestival: Osimun Quartet

On Tuesday 19 August, the Osimun Quartet will perform in our Garden: a remarkable saxophone quartet from Spain, made up of four young musicians who are rapidly making their mark across European stages.
This free afternoon concert features music by Fanny Mendelssohn, David Maslanka and Pérez-Villegas. Pieces full of energy, depth and rich textures.
The quartet has performed at prestigious venues such as the Concertgebouw and Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ, won the Storioni Competition, and were finalists in the Grachtenfestival Conservatory Competition.
This concert is part of the Grachtenfestival. Amsterdam’s summer festival for classical music and jazz. A platform where young talent can grow, experiment and connect with new audiences. 🎶
