Gallowstreet Kids Edition
On Sunday afternoon, January 24, 2027, Gallowstreet will be performing a special kids' show at Paradiso. As part of the club tour for their new album 'Futurebrass', releasing in mid-October, this Amsterdam brass band is bringing children and their parents into the world of brass instruments and synthesizers! If you play a brass instrument yourself, bring it along, as the members of Gallowstreet will host a short workshop after the show.

Gallowstreet has been a household name for over a decade. Known to many for their energetic brass arrangements, the Amsterdam band has long been a familiar face at Paradiso. On Sunday, January 24, they return to our Main Hall as part of their new project, Future Brass—a fresh, sound-driven approach that completely turns traditional brass music on its head. Instead of arranging existing tracks or adding effects to an instrument, their creative process starts with the sonic identity of a modern record. The goal is to capture the groove, texture, and impact of genres like hip-hop and electronic music live through brass. By writing as a band and thinking like a producer, the brass section serves as an essential element of the sound design rather than mere decoration.
