On Friday, May 8, the second day of the three-day Fête du Roi festival takes place. The theme that evening is black-red, like a ladybug 🐞, with performances by Former Resident, Bucky King, Disco Bolo and Samsara!
Fête du Roi is the coziest festival in Amsterdam. For five years, the festival has provided a stage for both already established local acts and the legends of tomorrow. Max Hell, The Fairleys, Bammetje, Dj Alexander-Messiah, Ousmane, Energy Cruijf and the Fuck Buzzers, Kikkervis and many more bands, rappers, singer-songwriters and DJs from in and around Mokum.

What makes this annual three-day Birthday Festival unique is its relaxed atmosphere where generations come together and different musical styles meet. In addition to celebrating the birthdays of Bente and Casper, it also celebrates live music and togetherness.
