Delsin: 30 Years Anniversary
Celebrating 30 years of Delsin Records, the Amsterdam-based independent techno label is coming to Paradiso and is known for pushing electronic music pulses since 1996.
Started by a young Marsel van der Wielen as Peel Seamus setting up a small DIY bedroom label for his own machine-fixated music experiments, it grew out to one of the world's longest-running and respected techno imprints, out there counting over 350 releases by more than 100 different artists. Withstanding the peaks and troughs of the music industry, not to mention the wax and wane of techno’s popularity, Delsin has maintained a role combing through the electronic milieu and presenting exciting new artists alongside familiar figures. Through shared history and a certain air of authority, it’s also made a home for significant reissues of out-of-print and over-sharked gems from techno’s many-layered history.
On the 18th of September 2026, Delsin will present a wide range of artists representing Delsin throughout its 30 years of existence. A yearning, searching journey of techno with plenty of melodic warmth and an inherent understanding of the principles set out by the genre’s innovators – futuristic music that pushed the capabilities of the technology, while still retaining a sensitive humanity.
