Declan Welsh and the Decadent West return with their third album ‘Explicit Agitation’, set for release in September 2026. The Glasgow band once again worked with producer Chris Marshall, writing about the present moment, from political tensions to personal themes like love and loss. Around frontman Declan Welsh and bassist Ben Corlett, a rotating group of musicians takes shape. With earlier releases and shows at festivals including Glastonbury and TRNSMT, the band has built a strong live reputation. A UK and European tour follows this autumn.
