Vernoemd naar een dier dat onder de categorie nachtvlinder valt, is LE MOTAT een act voor precies dat soort mensen: nachtbrakers. Ergens in een donkere steeg van het straatje Spinvis, André Hazes en Goldband schrijft en produceert hij indiebangers en tranentrekkers, die even poëtisch als direct van aard zijn. Echter, niet in het Frans, maar wel in de taal der liefde.
