De crowdfunding: A Bathhouse in Tsarino!

On 4 July, we’re holding a fundraiser in Amsterdam with an 💥art auction💥 featuring works by artists connected to Tsarino (also accessible online via live stream!).all money will go to finishing the bathhouse in Tsarino:

It’ll be a lively evening with performances (tba), live music, cocktails, and themed food by Cian-Ti Wang

Why?

Over the past months, we’ve started constructing a small bathhouse near the outdoor kitchen: a stone building in the traditional local style, with two hot showers and flushing toilets. The walls are up, the roof is on, and the cesspit is in place — but construction has come to a halt due to a lack of funds.

We still need to:

• lay water pipes to connect to the supply network

• install a 10,000-litre underground tank (to ensure water during the dry season)

• fit showers and toilets

• finish the interior

• add a solar/gas heating system for the showers

All proceeds will go towards completing the bathhouse 💦
