Bloodywood is pioneering a devastating blend of Indian folk instruments and metal within the modern metal scene. Sung and rapped refrains collide with the percussive power of the dhol, the melancholic flute, the single‑string tumbi and many other characteristic sounds from India. With lyrics in both Hindi and English, the band addresses serious themes such as mental health and bullying. This summer, the band returns to Amsterdam with their latest album 'Nu Delhi' in hand.
