Bleech 9:3
The Irish alternative rock sensation of the moment
Irish guitarists and singer-songwriters Barry Quinlan and Sam Duffy met at a rehabilitation programme in Dublin: two musicians lost to addiction, yet sharing the same dreams. From that shared experience emerged Bleech 9:3, a band that inextricably intertwines recovery and creativity. After moving to London, they released their debut single ‘Ceiling’, played shows with Keo and Shame, performed sold-out club gigs and received praise from the press and on the radio. Their raw grunge sound, somewhere between Nirvana, Deftones and Fontaines D.C., was recently followed up with the single ‘Cannonball’. New material is on the way and over 150 live dates are planned, including a concert at Paradiso.
