Big Sleep
Big Sleep is a Dublin-based rock band making a name for itself the old-fashioned way: through tireless touring and a shared passion for live performances. From gigs in underground tunnels beneath the M50 to sold-out European tours, their journey is all about instinct, camaraderie, and constant evolution. The band was founded by lead singer Rónán Connolly and Italian drummer Matteo Poli, and was later joined by bassist Aidan Gray and guitarist Naiara Clarke LaFuente, who joined the band after a chance encounter at an illegal rave, in a forest on a makeshift stage. Their debut album ‘Holy Show’ is a conceptually rich and emotionally vulnerable collection of songs that explore love, loss, and identity. In Ireland, a “holy show” refers to a chaotic situation, and each of the ten songs on the album delves into its own emotional chaos.
