The program features Brahms’ passionate Violin Sonata No. 3, the lyrical and intimate A minor Sonata by Schubert, and Debussy’s masterful Violin Sonata, full of nuance and color.

Bartolomeo Fortino-Shields is an Italian-American violinist based in Rome, internationally recognized by Love2Arts Management (Antwerp), the Sheva Collection (London), and the Classic Violin Olympus Competition. He has performed as a soloist in venues such as the Kaufman Music Center (NYC), Auditorium Parco della Musica (Rome), Gasteig HP8 (Munich), and Stadsherstel (Amsterdam).
Ermanno Bemporad De Stefani, a prizewinner at the Madeleine de Valmalète International Piano Competition in Paris, is a pianist, label founder, and educator. He has worked closely with Jean Micault (a pupil of Alfred Cortot), and his Sheva Collection labels have received acclaim in Gramophone, BBC Music Magazine, and the Financial Times. He performs across Europe and Asia and is active as both a concert pianist and teacher.
