Bad Suns are back! The Californian rock band consists of singer/guitarist Christo Bowman, bassist Gavin Bennett, and drummer Miles Morris. In 2012, they broke through with their infectious teenage energy, wrapped in a mix of indie rock and 80s synthesizers. But they’re no longer teenagers. On their new album Accelerator, their first as a trio, they show that they’ve grown up. Backed by energetic rock and danceable hooks, they sing about life lessons, fatherhood, and personal growth. Together with longtime producer Eric Palmquist, the band drew inspiration from 90s house music. Their signature feel-good sound, known from the hit Cardiac Arrest, has taken on a new dimension and gained even more energy in fresh tracks like Communicating.
