Alice Mae, the stage name of twenty-five-year-old Alexia, grew up listening to her parents' alternative rock CDs in Belgium. Inspired by bands like Oasis and The Rolling Stones, she creates no-nonsense rock music with a distinct female influence in a scene often dominated by men. Her voice is unique and soulful, striking a deep chord in tracks such as 'Better Off' and 'If I could call you'.
