For this edition, Akim Moiseenkov dives deep into the world of sound and motion with a new audiovisual live set built around hacked electronic instruments from 20 to 50 years ago. Think vintage Casio and Yamaha toysynths, joysticks, and playful hardware experiments — all reimagined for a dancefloor of the future.
Akim’s set balances groove and texture, rhythm and exploration — danceable, but just as rewarding for deep listening. Now enhanced with live visuals, this performance promises an immersive experience where music, technology, and imagination collide.
Previously featured at the 20th anniversary of Het Muziekgebouw, this project will also appear later this year at November Music.
