A creative workshop to explore your fears, insecurities & inner emotions
🖤 OPTION 1 — PRIVATE ART SESSION
TIME: 15:00–17:00
PRICE: €30 per person
CAPACITY: 1–2 participants
An intimate creative session in the artist's studio, offering a more personal space to explore your emotions, fears, and inner voices through conversation, reflection, and drawing.
During this session, you'll also have the opportunity to get a closer look at the artist's creative process, discovering how Maria uses art to explore personal emotions, transform inner experiences into visual characters, and give shape to the invisible.
Together, we'll give your inner monsters a shape, allowing you to observe and understand them with curiosity rather than judgment.
You can come alone or share the experience with someone you feel comfortable with.
No drawing experience needed.

A collective creative experience where we'll explore our inner monsters through sharing, personal questions, and drawing.
We'll start with a moment of conversation and reflection before transforming our emotions, fears, and insecurities into visual characters.
You don't need to know how to draw. This is not about making something perfect, but about expressing yourself and connecting with others through art.

Maria Escarpenter (Spain, 1999) is a multidisciplinary artist and performer based in Amsterdam. Their practice uses art as a way to look inward, uncover hidden parts of the self, and transform personal experiences into stories that can be shared with others.
Through performance, storytelling, makeup, and visual transformation, Maria explores the emotions, fears, desires, and memories that often remain buried beneath the surface. By giving these inner experiences a shape, a voice, or a character, they become something that can be confronted, understood, and eventually accepted.
For Maria, art creates a space to open up: to meet the most vulnerable and secret parts of ourselves with curiosity rather than fear, and to discover how sharing our stories can create connection with others.
