Abdo Zin Eldin is a multidisciplinary artist and film director from Egypt, and a Rijksakademie resident, His work spans film, sound, and installations, exploring life and culture in urban, rural, and marginalized communities. He is interested in suppressed histories, erased futures, and informal worlds under threat of disappearance. he founded Galala Live, a platform and ensemble dedicated to preserving and reviving marginalized sound cultures in Egypt.
