809 community night w/ radiohop, nikko axzul, polli panda & figi

809 Community Night
From a student initiative, to a cultural platform, to ... *drum rolls* ... Three years flew by FAST – through events with broad programmes, projects, collaborations and conversations.
However, the last period was more quiet than what we all got used to. 809 was figuring out a lot behind the scenes – its positioning in the world, autonomy, and identity. After many hard decisions, plenty of deep breaths and a few brave steps, the team is ready to talk. So let's talk.
Why and how it started, where it is now, where it is going/where it can go, and what it takes to be a platform whose mission is to serve Amsterdam’s creative community? Truth is, there is no 809 without you.
This evening we will gather familiar faces, friends they bring with them, fresh yet timeless music and a lineup of artists who have shaped 809. Expect a community talk alongside food, a vinyl selection, market stands, an open jam (musicians! don't forget to bring your instruments), and a good old b2b to close the night.
Whether a veteran or just hopping on the ride, doesn’t matter. We’re here again for what connects us most – music. All doors open.
