Slow down in your busy daily life to find inner peace and balance, and strengthen your inner resilience.

In this time of overstimulation and constant pressure, many long for more calm, space, and connection with themselves. In this 6-week course, we’ll take time together to slow down, soften, and realign with your body’s natural rhythm. A wonderful opportunity to enter the busy December period feeling grounded and relaxed!

We combine knowledge about stress and the nervous system (polyvagal theory) with mindfulness, body-based practices, reiki, breathwork, and restorative yoga. You’ll not only learn what your system needs, but also how to care for yourself in a way that suits your unique rhythm.

Who is this for? For people who:
– often feel rushed or tense;
– want to learn to listen to their body;
– long for more resilience, relaxation, and gentleness;
– are interested in holistic self-care.

What to expect:
– insight into stress, trauma, and your nervous system;
– accessible breath and bodywork;
– reflection & journaling;
– gentle yoga, relaxation, and rituals;
– a safe group atmosphere and space for your personal process.

This 6-week course consists of six group sessions. In addition, you’ll continue practicing at home; allow for about 15–30 minutes per day. You’ll receive course materials, including audio recordings.
