12.09 RADION w/ Pink Concrete, Cleric, Pooja B, LINDS, Ken-Ming
A night filled with high energy techno with an international touch.
Starting the night with LINDS, who is finding herself in a blend of new school hypnotic techno and some old school industrial. Hard doesn’t have to mean fast. Pooja B, a keen digger, will take over. She is known to weave avantgarde iterations of futuristic & fundamental techno in sets.
From there, Pink Concrete is not afraid to add something light-hearted to techno music, a genre often understood as being quite serious. However, he still tends to travel through a range of emotions; there’s always a hint of melancholia in his sets.
Closing the night is Cleric. Celebrated for his high tempo groove and solid kick drums. Known for his productions, Cleric describes his music as a means to translate energy to others.
In our new Café space, Ken-Ming will play all night long. He draws inspiration from the city’s vibrant techno scene; he infuses his music with a blend of tribal techno, breakbeat, and diverse genre elements, creating a unique sound that combines groove and experimentation.
