	 postures to be understood in depth.\nIn this way\, the practitioner learn
	s to bring the body\, mind and breath into a\nworkable state of unity. Sup
	port\, such as chairs\, blocks\, belts or blankets\, can\nbe used to deepe
	n the learning process for all bodies to benefit from the\npractice.\n\nAt
