	as become a grind and the options are only getting\nworse. Our main charac
	ter\, Tom the Twink\, has found himself stuck in Dating\nHell. Everytime h
	e tries to escape\, a new app pings his screen and diverts his\nattention.
	 How did he end up here? Will he escape the (well-manicured) claws of\nThe
	 Slutty Devil in time? Or will he be banished\, just like the rest of you\
	, in\nthis dating hell forever?\n\nBased on the eponymous concert by Danie
	l's Lore (Daniel Nguyen) and produced by\nDummy Deer Productions\, this br
	and new musical is a perfect blend of camp-comedy\nand tragedy about datin

	brates queerness with a bold and motley programme full of\ntheatre\, film\
	, drag\, and performance that challenges\, questions\, and defies the\nnor
	m!\n\nThroughout the year\, but especially during the month of July\, Plei
	n Theater\ngives unfiltered visibility to film and emerging artists engagi
	ng with queer\nthemes. This year in the spirit of the extraordinary WorldP
	ride Amsterdam\, which\ntheme UNITY stands for solidarity\, connection\, a
	nd a shared struggle for\nequality.\n\nAn important part of the programme 
	originates from an open call as part of our\nco-creation programme\, where
	 shared ownership and participation are key. Ten\nemerging and talented ar
	tists present work that engages with queer perspectives\,\nidentity\, the 
	body\, freedom\, and the many ways in which we can celebrate\nourselves an
	d each other.\n\nWe believe that a theater is not only a stage\, but also 
	a meeting center where\nartists\, local residents\, communities\, and audi
	ences collectively shape what is\npresented. Our co-creation programme can
	 be recognised by the #GetInvolved\nlabel.\n\nFrom 15th to 19th of July we
	 screen ten queer films by the feminist film\ncollective Cinemien! For dec
	ades\, Cinemien has been a pioneer in showcasing\npowerful women’s stories
	\, LGBTQIA+ perspectives\, and groundbreaking\ndocumentaries.\n\nWe also B
	ring Drag Back to the Theatre with a special WorldPride edition\nfeaturing
	 the irresistible drag queen Sederginne. And last but not least\,\ntogethe
