	D EMOTIONS | 15:00 – 17:30\n\nDo you wanna scream? Then join us in Shamele
	ss Anger\, where we channel trapped\nemotions. In a world that asks us to 
	stay composed while everything feels like\nit’s falling apart\, where does
	 our anger go? Facilitated by Nisala\, Rufino and\nSófian\, this workshop 
	creates space to acknowledge\, explore\, and release\nemotions that are of
	ten suppressed\, especially for those navigating\ndisplacement\, injustice
	\, and constant pressure to “hold it together.”\n\nThrough guided exercise
	s\, collective reflection\, and body-based practices\n(including breathwor
	k\, voice\, movement\, grounding\, and yes\, possibly screaming)\,\nwe’ll 
	explore how anger lives in the body\, and how it can be expressed safely\,
	\ncollectively\, and without shame. Open to refugees\, newcomers\, and any
	one who\nfeels the weight of the current moment in their body and is looki
	ng for a space\nto process it collectively. No prior experience needed.\n\

	and\nmultidisciplinary practitioner Jonon Zulaikho. Take part in an open c
	onversation\nwith our guests\, and end the evening on the dancefloor with

	2026 is a refugee-led programme bringing together young\nrefugees and newc
	omers across four Dutch cities. Over two weeks\, participants\ntake the le
	ad as performers\, curators\, hosts\, producers\, and storytellers\,\ncrea
	ting spaces of connection through art\, discussion\, film\, music\, food\,
	 and\ncommunity action. Refugee Welcome Week NL is part of the wider inter
	national\nRefugee Week movement and is organised in close partnership with

	poet\, dancer\, and multidisciplinary practitioner\nwhose work moves betwe
	en text\, body\, fabric\, and ritual. Working across six\nlanguages\, she 
	explores identity\, embodiment\, transformation\, and spiritual\nmemory. H
	er practice brings together performance\, textile sensitivity\, poetic\nla
	nguage\, and healing-based rituals.\n\nFadel Dawod\n\nFadel Dawod is an Am
	sterdam-based Egyptian photojournalist who started his\ncareer at the youn
	g age of 17 with Al Masry Al Youm\, covering historic events.\nHis work wa
	s published by global outlets including The New York Times and The\nGuardi
	an\, and exposes the brutal realities of social injustice. Driven to\ndiss
	ect identity\, exile\, and displacement among marginalized peoples\, Dawod
	 uses\nphotography to confront oppression and reclaim freedom.\n\nGunay Rz
	azada\n\nGunay Rzazada is a cultural heritage specialist born in Lankaran\
	, Azerbaijan.\nHer work focuses on documenting the oral histories and cult
	ural practices of\nmarginalized communities\, exploring how memory\, herit
	age\, and ecological\nknowledge shape identity and collective belonging.\n
	\nBelonging to the Talysh ethnic minority and growing up between Azerbaija
	n and\nRussia\, she became aware of how easily voices of small communities
	 can be\nsilenced and cultural continuity can be disrupted. Her practice r
	esponds through\nliving heritage traditions such as weaving\, storytelling
	\, and women-led craft\npractices\, treating cultural legacy as a living a
	rchive of memory\, resilience\,\nand quiet resistance.\n\nLees meer\n\nAYE
	DA\n\nAYEDA is an Iranian-Canadian DJ & producer\,based in the Netherlands
	. Her sound\nis a vibrant fusion of Southwest Asia and North Africa inspir

	sents a sound that\npushes the boundaries of tradition\, fusing genre-bend
	ing frequencies rising from\nthe underground. Ayeda has performed at festi

	 She has held radio residencies and aired on\nB-Side Radio\, Operator Radi
