DESCRIPTION:This panel on 28 May explores\, through a feminist lens\, how U
	kraine is\nintegrating into Europe via education\, civil society\, and wom
	en’s initiatives.\nIt focuses on concrete ways in which people\, knowledge
	\, and projects connect\nUkraine with European institutions and networks.\
	n\nThe programme opens at 16:00 with welcome remarks and a panel discussio
	n\n(16:00–17:30)\, bringing together perspectives from European studies an
	d feminist\nsecurity research\, cultural diplomacy and media representatio
	n\, civic engagement\nand community-building\, and frontline military expe
	rience and leadership in\ntimes of war. This is followed by a feminist ana
	lysis and Q&A session\n(17:30–18:45)\, offering space for reflection and a
	udience exchange. The event\nconcludes with a closing summary from 18:45 t
	o 19:00.\n\n\nSPEAKERS\n\nNina Pugach is an officer of the Army of Ukraine
	. She speaks about the deep\ntransformations within military units in 2014
	–2026\, the psychological and\nmotivational shifts among military people\,
	 and the emergence of new forms of\nleadership and mutual support. Her per
	spective reveals the reality of the\nfrontline — honest\, dignified\, and 
	free of pathos\, grounded in lived experience\nand daily resilience.\n\nSe
	rhii Zahorodniuk is a project manager with extensive experience in Europea
	n\nstudies\, civil society development\, and international cooperation. He
	 oversees\nthe full implementation of the project and has led numerous edu
	cational\,\ncultural\, and civic initiatives focused on European integrati
	on and community\nempowerment.\n\nHanna Mühlenhoff is a Senior Lecturer in
	 European Studies at the University of\nAmsterdam. She is interested in qu
	estions of security\, militarism and civil\nsociety activism in the Europe
	an Union and Europe\, including in the context of\nthe United Nations' Wom
	en\, Peace and Security Agenda and Feminist Foreign\nPolicies.\n\nNastya P
	oberezhna is a project manager and community‐builder focusing on gender\ne
	quality\, youth initiatives\, and social innovation. She works on cultural
	 and\neducational projects that strengthen local communities and foster ne
	w forms of\ncivic engagement.\n\nAs a researcher in Cultural Diplomacy Mil
	ena Rossokhatska specializes in\ncultural diplomacy\, social transformatio
	n\, and media representations of Ukraine.\nShe investigates how culture\, 
	communication\, and international collaboration\ncontribute to societal re
	silience and cultural exchange.\n\nOlena Kovalenko is a Ukrainian Champion
	 in water jet ski racing and a top\nmanager of major sports projects\, inc
	luding the Olympic Games. With over 25\nyears of professional experience i
	n marketing\, she is also a certified coach. As\nthe founder of her own ag
	ency\, she collaborated with global brands such as\nCoca‐Cola\, Snickers\,
	 and Adidas. Currently based in the Netherlands\, Olena\norganizes cultura
	l programs\, exhibitions\, and social spaces that build bridges\nbetween U
