	she currently creates independent stage work and\nmoves fluidly between co
	mposing\, writing and direction.\nSabine’s pieces are sound-and-language d
	riven\, relying on the intimacy of the\nsung voice\, heightened poetic tex
	ts and stark stage images to create peculiar\nand immersive worlds. She ex
	plores themes of grief\, obsession\, faith\, death\, and\nthe absurd\, and
	 the ways these phenomena are mediated\, performed and codified in\ncontem
	porary culture. Musically she is inspired by folkloric melodies\, opera\,\
