rough our\nrepotting workshop. Put a stop to buying plastic-wrapped herbs
in the\nsupermarket and learn how to sustainably use and take care of herb
s.\n\nHave you ever noticed that herbs are sold in supermarket only in two
ways? You\ncan either buy three leaves wrapped in a plastic bag (you’re a
lmost buying more\nplastic than basil...) or as a plant. While the potted
plant might seem the more\nsustainable option\; if not repotted soon after
or taken care of properly it will\nquickly die. In order to do the repott
ing you’d have to buy a bigger pot\, more\nearth\, some tools\, when most
of us have a 12m2 (at best) room\, where are we even\nsupposed to store al
l this equipment?\nWe want to make planting and keeping herbs (or a mini-g
arden) more accessible\nthrough our repotting workshop! Our workshop will
contain of a brief lecture\nabout gardening & tips + tricks surrounding it
followed by a tutorial on how to\nre-pot herbs bought in grocery stores.
After all\, what better way to learning\nthan putting it into practice!\nT
hat’s right\, not only are you walking away with knowledge on how to maint
ain a\nherb garden. You’re walking away with your own herb in a pot too!\n
	\n\nPROGRAMME SCHEDULE\n\n15.15-15:30 Walk-in\n15.30-16.30 Mini-lecture\n1
	6:30-17.30 Repotting\n\nWorkshop host: Martina Riva\nMartina is a media st
udies student from Italy with a growing passion for plants\nand indoor gre
enery. Coming from a family deeply connected to the land\, she was\ninspir
ed early on by her grandmother\, who cultivated vegetables for the family\
,\nand by her father\, who carried on this tradition by working and caring
for\nrented land. Spending time in nature with him shaped her appreciatio
n for the\npatience and dedication that plants require.\n\nWhile her famil
y focused on growing food\, Martina began her own journey with\nplants two
years ago\, choosing to care for indoor plants that enhance living\nspace
