DESCRIPTION:Seaweed Becomings is the third and final installment of Federic
	o Rizzo’s\nresidency at Mediamatic\, following Sampling the Canal\n[https:

	anal [https://www.mediamatic.net/en/page/393539/casting-the-canal]. Combin
ing a\nhand-cast table made from dredged canal sediment with a seaweed-ins
pired menu by\nTestTafel chef Hamish Day\, this performative dining experi
ence explores\necological memory\, local materials\, and multispecies coex
	istence in Amsterdam's\nwaterways.\n\nTickets [https://mediamatic.stager.c

sculptural installation and performative dining\nexperience developed duri
ng artist Federico Rizzo's residency. At its centre is\na hand-cast table
and seats made from lime mortar mixed with sand dredged from\nthe adjacent
canal\, embedded with algae and urban sediment collected on site.\nThe ta
