	l gain access to a\nselection from the complete Arti library\, as it was a
	vailable to artists in the\nnineteenth century.\n\nA special chance to see
	 books and journals that generations of Arti members\nconsulted for knowle
	dge\, inspiration\, and artistic development.\n\nThe library was built up 
	from the founding of Arti in 1839 and grew into an\nimportant collection o
	f art journals and specialist literature. In 1992\, the\ncollection was tr
	ansferred to the Van Gogh Museum\, where it has been preserved\nin its ent
	irety.\n\nOn Monday 6 July\, Arti members are invited to visit this extrao
	rdinary\ncollection free of charge\, one final time. There are three time 
	slots available\,\neach for a maximum of 15 participants. Places are limit
