	mporary Arts (ICA) London and was subsequently staged at the Stedelijk\nMu
	seum\, Amsterdam\; Kunsthalle Wien\, Vienna\; and Neuer Berliner Kunstvere
	in\,\nBerlin. In contrast to previous performances\, no video recording of
	 pool 7\nexists. Instead\, Turato recorded a direct-to-disc vinyl at Recor
	d Industry\,\nHaarlem in November last year. The record has been released 
	in an edition of 500\nas a commission by the Stedelijk Museum\, with suppo
	rt from Ammodo\, the Mondriaan\nFund\, and Stichting Niemeijer Fonds. The 
	record’s launch will take place on May\n21 at 6:00 pm at San Serriffe Amst
	erdam\, with a special intervention by the\nartist at 6:30 pm.\n\nWith poo
	l 7\, Turato sought to reclaim language in an era dominated by\nAI-generat
	ed content. This marked a shift in her practice. Previously\, Turato\ndrew
	 from the flood of language found online and on social media\, engaging wi
	th\nits seductive\, detached surfaces. In pool 7\, she turned inward\, wor
	king entirely\nwith self-written material that is fragile\, personal\, ang
	ry\, and deeply\nembodied. In the performance\, language emerged through t
	he body—through\nconvulsions\, tremors\, sighs\, and other movements. The 
	performance at Stedelijk\nwas curated by Melanie Bühler.
