DESCRIPTION:From 23 November\, we are joined by Al Mahabba Publishing House
\, for the new\nPara-siting\, Issue 01: Death / العدد الأول: الموت. Manife
sting in a group\nexhibition and zine\, it acts as a lament for the many d
eaths that occur in our\nday-to-day lives. As we witness and experience th
e destabilizing effect of\nlarge-scale death\, we tighten our grip on the
things we can see ahead of us:\nobjects and resources\, relics of our near
-past\, small hopes for the near-future.\nBut these small things are also
in flux\, and can change and die\, often leaving a\nbig impact on us becau
se of their connection to something deeper.\n\nAl Mahabba Publishing House
is an art collective and alternative publishing\ninitiative founded by De
n Haag-based Lebanese artists Jana Assaad and Milo\nSharafeddine. Working
	across text\, image\, object\, and program\, they seek to\nexperiment with
the format of publication\, guided by curiosity to create\ntransformative
	 and collaborative works.
