	over just how much life can be found\nin their own neighbourhood. Afterwar
	ds\, you’re guaranteed to look at the nature\naround you with different ey
	es.\n\n\nABOUT THIS SAFARI: EDIBLE WILD PLANTS\n\nIn summer\, many plants 
	are in full bloom\, but in autumn everything starts to\nchange. Leaves fal
	l\, flowers disappear and some plants even seem to vanish\ncompletely. Yet
	 they are already preparing for winter.\n\nDuring this mini-safari\, we’ll
	 look for edible wild plants at De Ceuvel. How do\nplants survive the cold
	 months? Which parts remain alive\, and which plants can\nyou still eat in
