DESCRIPTION:HESTER [https://www.hester-band.com/] blends honesty with fanta
sy. Like a\ndistant gaze drifting across landscapes\, lost deep in thought
yet perhaps at its\nmost peaceful\, this is how HESTER sounds. From the c
omfort of our luxurious\ncabin\, we travel through misty cities\, stormy b
eaches and fluorescent underwater\nworlds. The landscape keeps changing\,
but there seems to be no final destination\nin sight. HESTER is a four-pie
ce band that transforms alternative indie rock\nballads into wondrous pain
tings.\n\nAt the heart of the band is Damian Bosch’s voice. His aching fal
setto paints a\ndreamy backdrop for his raspy lower register\, where he te
lls his stories. He\nsings about the rawest forms of honesty\, the dystopi
a of our time\, and the one\nthing that connects us all: love. His voice e
vokes singers such as Jeff Buckley\,\nTamino and Mark Lanegan.\n\n\n\nAmst
erdam-based band Stella brings together their love of ’90s rock\, ’00s pop
\nand shoegaze into a sound entirely their own\, which the band describes
as\n“soft-grunge.” Songwriter Tosca van der Waals’ raw and deeply personal
songs\npull you into her dark world of long nights and conflicted thought
s\, broken\nhearts and (bad) parties. The band has already caught the atte
ntion of 3voor12\nand British blog For The Rabbits\, and made a strong imp
ression as a live act\nduring Popronde. Following the release of their deb
ut EP I Love You\, Fish at\nParadiso\, the band is gearing up for its next
	 chapter: dreamy\, dark and straight\nfrom the heart.\n\n\n\nTime: 19:30 d
