DTSTART:20261102T190000Z
DESCRIPTION:Donald Trump is not on the ballot this November\, yet the midte

\, our experts will weigh the likely\noutcomes.\n\nWill voters punish Repu
blicans for rising prices and a costly war with Iran\, or\nwill entrenched
partisanship prevail? Will apathy prove the most decisive force\namong th

ast elections respect the results?\n\nThe panelists will also look beyond
the ballot box. What is at stake for\nAmericans—whether citizens\, legal r
esidents\, or undocumented migrants? What will\nthe results mean for Europ
e\, the Middle East\, and the Global South? What media\nstories matter mos

stigating how the American approach to international order has been shaped
\nby illiberal ideologies\, such as those underpinning racism at home or\n

he US right\, and democratic backsliding.\nHis 2019 book\, Great Power Ris

	versity Press)\, won the 2020 Theodore Roosevelt\nAssociation Book Prize.\
