	funny\, and felt something stay in your body long\nafter — this workshop s
	tarts from there.\n\nEarlier this year\, Echo Wang interviewed 13 people a
	cross the ESEA community in\nthe Netherlands about their experiences with 
	everyday racism — roots from\ndifferent countries and mixed heritage\; bor

	ikingly similar experiences.\n\nWhat stayed was a growing question: If the
	 body carries what cannot be said\,\nwhat happens if we move with it?\n\nT
	his led to a collaboration with YuJing Liu\, a choreographer and body-base
	d\npractitioner whose work explores how the body responds to environment a
	nd lived\nexperience through movement and voice.\n\nSOMATIC TRACES is a 4-
	session movement and voice workshop for the ESEA community\nin Amsterdam. 
	Together\, we work with movement and voice to explore how everyday\nracism
	 is felt and held in the body\, and find ways to express\, release\, and\n
