	s organizes the INC\nExit Fest\, a community gathering and party that cele
	brates the departure of our\n22 year-old research group from the Amsterdam
	 HvA-polytech to become an\nautonomous center/NGO/org-net/Dutch cultural o
	rganization. The move was\ninstigated by the mandatory retirement at 67 on
	 September 1\, 2026 of its founder\nGeert Lovink. Already in 2024\, the te
	am decided to step into an open\, yet\nuncertain\, future–one in which wil
	l look for new partners\, coalitions\, and\nfunding possibilities. We beli
	eve in the power of metamorphosis and new\nbeginnings. It is the strong de
	sire of the wider INC community to continue our\never-changing INC ways to
	 bring together critical research with speculative\nexperimentation.\n\nOn
	 Wednesday the 24th\, we start with an evening program at the University o
	f\nAmsterdam’s cultural event space Spui25. Then\, on the 25th and 26th\, 
	we will\ngather in the former Amsterdam squat OT301 for two full conferenc
	e days\, curated\nby the INC’s current core team. We will showcase and cel
	ebrate issues that we\nhave been working on lately such as digital soverei
	gnty\, streaming\, girl theory\,\nAI refusal\, digital publishing strategi
	es and Internet Core aesthetics. Most of\nall\, we want to come together a
	nd celebrate our unique tribe with the aim to\ndecide where to take INC ne
	xt.\n\nTo make the Exit Fest into a true community gathering\, there will 
	be a beautiful\nmess of side programs\, doomscroll performances\, screenin
	gs\, guerrilla exhibits\,\nand a mini book fair. Last but not least\, all 
	main programming takes place\ninside the psychedelic green screen of THE V
	OID and\, in true INC style\, we will\nend the program with a performance 
	evening and a meme-fueled party night. Come\nand hang out with us – let’s
