	tager.co/shop/default/events/111653653]<>\n\nWhat does a room hold?\n\nWha
	t does it swallow\, refuse\, and amplify?\n\nAnd if the space speaks back\
, do we answer?\n\nIn The Mouth of the Room is a 70-minute performance pro
gram where poetry\, music\,\nand movement unfold as a continuous act of li
stening. Across four artists\, the\nstage becomes a living space\, one tha
t breathes and responds\, and all who enter\nit become part of it.\n\nEach
artist contributes to a shared composition where nothing fully begins or\
nends\, but instead circulates. A voice lingers. A sound stretches. A body
\ninterrupts or absorbs. Works bleed into one another\, forming a single e
volving\nlandscape for the evening.\n\nThe “mouth” is both metaphor and me
chanism: a site of speech\, but also of\nconsumption and transformation. T
he room listens as much as it speaks. Together\nwith the audience\, the ar
tists shape what can be said and shared\, and what\nremains unsaid and uns
hared.\n\nThis is an invitation to experience performance as something sha
red and\nunstable\, where boundaries between disciplines dissolve\, and wh
ere the audience\nis not outside the work\, but within it.\n\n\nARTISTS\n\
	nmore line-up tba\n\n\nLuka Prelas (she/her) is a Croatian-bred\, Zaandam-
based writer and spoken word\nartist. In her work\, she explores (her) hum
	anity - traumas\, loves\, struggles\nwith being a trans “other”\, and her
solidarities with “other others” - through a\ntrans Lens.\n\nShe won a fem
inist performance prize at the 2nd Queer and Feminist Awards in\n2023\, go
t published in an Amsterdam-based magazine 'Issue' in 2024\, and was a\n20
25 Spoken Awards finalist. Luka thinks of her style as exorcism-like\, oft
en\nangry\, seldom sweet\, with a sprinkle of nasty and a dash of hope.\n\
n\nRobin Plenio is a composer\, theatre maker and media artist.\n\nHe stud
ied musicology\, cultural studies\, new compositional techniques at the\nU
niversity of Hildesheim and at the HfMT Hamburg.\nHis performances and ins
tallations often utilise documentary and biographical\napproaches that are
interwoven into the theatre machinery whilst having a strong\nfocus on so
und.\n\nRobins post digital approach towards his artistic practice opens u
p a variety of\nartistic research fields like videogameart\, artificial in
telligence\, sensor\nbased performances and embodied electronic music that
become part of his\naesthetic repertoire. He treats compositional techniq
ues not only as purely\nmusical but as concepts that can be applied to vid
	eo\, light\, movement or\ndramaturgy.\n\nHe understands artistic work as a
collaborative and interdisciplinary process\nwhere he works in different
	constellations as a composer\, performer\, programmer\,\ndramaturg\, media
artist\, activist or video designer.\n\nIn various constellations Robins
work can be seen and heard at Ballhaus Ost\nBerlin\, Kampnagel Hamburg\, B
otkyrka Konsthall Stockholm\, Lichthof Theater\nHamburg\, Sophiensaele Ber
lin or Nationaltheater Mannheim amongst others.\n\nSince 2025 he continues
his research in the DAS Theatre Program at the Amsterdam\nUniversity of t
he Arts.\n\nHe lives and works in Berlin and Amsterdam.
