DESCRIPTION:WELCOME BACK! HACKEDEPICIOTTO (ALEXANDER HACKE & DANIELLE DE PI
	CCIOTTO) + GLICE\n(MELLE KROMHOUT & RUBEN BRAEKEN)\n\nHACKEDEPICCIOTTO (DE
)\nAlexander Hacke (Einstürzende Neubauten) & Danielle De Picciotto (Love
Parade\,\nCrime & The City Solution)\n\nBoth are legends within the underg
round of the music world. This will be the\ncouple’s first visit to Amster
dam since the last one in 2022.\n\nHACKEDEPICIOTTO are Alexander Hacke and
Danielle de Picciotto. Both are legends\nof their own making: Danielle de
Picciotto moved to Berlin in 1987\, to become\nthe lead singer of the ban
	d „Space Cowboys“\, the co-initiator of the Love\nParade\, a collaborator
of the Ocean Club with Gudrun Gut\, and Alexander’s\npartner in crime. Ale
xander Hacke is founding member and bass player of\nEinstürzende Neubauten
. The artist couple\, romantically married in 2006\, has\ncreatively inter
acted with countless international projects for almost 2 decades\nnow besi
des regularly releasing their own compositions.\n\nTheir live shows are\,
to put it mildly\, intense. Danielle specializes in unusual\ninstruments s
uch as the Hurdy Gurdy\, the auto harp and the cemence besides\nplaying th
e violin and piano\; Alexander is master of the bass\, guitar and drums.\n
	Together they create beautiful\, existentialistic\, acoustic soundscapes\,
which\nroar and vibrate simultaneously leaving their audiences shaken but
overjoyed.\n\nDanielle\, author of two books\, writes most of their lyric
s\, be it the poetic\nspoken word moments or the momentous choirs they com
pose together. Alexander\nHacke\, an excellent throat singer and vocalist\
, growls his grnarly\, rumbling\ncries that float eerily over their nomadi
c desert drones\, with screeching birds\,\nbees or wild wind accompanying
slow\, heavy riffs that start as a whisper and end\nin a volcanic\, rollin
g wave of apocalyptic frenzy. The collage of this mixed\nwith melancholic\
	, translucent harmonies\, very heavy & low bass chords\, and\nelectronics
are a mesmerizing universe of sound and emotion which has generated\nan ev
er growing group of enthusiastic listeners.\n\nhttps://hackedepicciotto.ba
	ndcamp.com/ [https://hackedepicciotto.bandcamp.com/]\n\nGlice is an Amster
dam-based noise duo that has been producing uncompromising\,\nlayered elec
tronics since 2015. Using analog equipment and a keen ear for\ndetail\, Ru
ben Braeken and Melle Kromhout craft a sound that moves between hushed\nmu
sique concrète and industrial noise\, between abstract sonic experiments a
nd\nmoments of fragile melody—sometimes dark and ominous\, at other times
deceptively\nmeditative.\n\nFollowing their critically acclaimed debut LIX
(2015)\, Glice performed at\nfestivals such as Rewire\, Incubate and Unso
und and released several cassette\ntapes. Braeken and Kromhout then travel
led to Berlin to record the album CIELO\n(2017) with Alexander Hacke (Eins
türzende Neubauten)—a next step in their sonic\nevolution\, where post-ind
ustrial textures meet melodic development. This\ndirection continued on th
	e monumental double album PYRE (2021)\, co-produced by\nLasse Marhaug.\n\n
Exactly ten years after their debut\, Glice returns in 2025 with ENVOI. Re
corded\nduring a series of concerts with Hackedepicciotto in 2022\, this i
s the purest\nrepresentation yet of their intense\, disorienting live show
s: four pieces that\nbuild tension layer by layer with distorted voices\,
piercing noise\, rattling\nsynths\, fragments of melody\, and deep drones.
