	 John Wright\, drummer of long time and\napparently legendary\, but now re
	tired\, Canadian punk band No Means No (NMN).\nWright has spent 50 years d
	rumming\, 45 years songwriting\, 30 years touring\,\nthree years helping r
	obots play punk rock\, 30 years brewing\, and a lifetime\nplaying music – 
	in more bands than you can count on one hand.\n\nCurrently practising drum
	s\, working on the next two albums and having a beer\,\nWright is not plan
	ning on slowing down any time soon. The material on “Life\nLike” spans dec
	ades and there’s lots more in the vault. The album was recorded\nand produ
	ced by Wright in the wilds of British Columbia and while he primarily\nwro
	te and performed it himself\, he can’t take all of the credit\, having eng
	aged\nthe help of several friends inclding Byron Slack (Invasives)\, Krist
	y Lee Audette\n(Rong)\, Ford Pier (Ford Pier and the Vengeance Trio\, DOA\
	, Roots Round up\, Junior\nGone Wild\, Rheostatics)\, Selina Martin\, his 
	son Aidan Wright\, as well as two old\ncollaborations with his brother Rob
	 in the writer’s chair.\n\nAs might be expected\, the songs roll out cohes
	ively but defy the cookie cutter\npigeon holes\, hence “Genre” is a tough 
	one to convey but one thing that is not\nunclear is it is not to be listen
